South beach wanganui is all good, down to the whangahu river mouth, dunes and tracks and kaitoke forest on the way, plenty to explore

hahaitsme, there are groups for trail rides on Facebook, or keep an eye on the local paper. couple of good ones coming up in south taranaki in the next wee while.
