Has the requirements changed ! Do you not require a light above number plate any more as it reflects when headlight shines on it. Head this from a Country garage or are they dreaming!

Yep they are dreaming. There hasn't been any changes to plate light requirements.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
