Eddie. you need to buy my Landy.Disco. then you could not drive it at all, ever,.and save yourself easily 12K a year in petrol alone . in no time at all, at this rate, you'll have saved up enough to put a deposit on our house. Now, if you don't pay the rates & mortgage here, that's another $45K or so a year you'd save. Hell, I'm even prepared to keep living in it for you ( you know, to keep the lawns mowed etc )( till they foreclose on ya ) Can't say fairer than that. .Now,-as if the combined $57K a year savings I'm offering you here weren'tenough,. mate. we could even talk about a 1/2 share in a decent boat. .If you don't keep your end up on the maintenance there, .Man, think of the savings ! Unbelievably generous, I know. but, hey :) .

Go for it. You could be a millionaire in no time at all. In the mean time kilometers per year will drop and appreciation will rise. Win win situations. I suggest you buy skodas , as its hard to find a good one now and 20 years time these could be well sought after. Buy a whole fleet.
