You certainly aren't getting 12 months normal road LICENSE for a ute for $89, that is 3 months worth for a goods vehicle.

Are you sure it's recorded as 1989, not 1969 maybe !I have a '69 car on hold but last time I looked it was going to cost around $89 to licence it for a full year as a 'classic' over 40 years old.
