Just gone over 200k and may need a tune up. What sort of plugs and leads etc and what sort of price for these to be fitted, am I in for a shock, cheers .

Plugs are a standard type so not expensive (approx $5 each). No leads to worry about as they have coil over plugs. Very easy quick job to change spark plugs. What is it doing, what symptom(s)/problem(s) does it have to make you say it needs a tune up!

sometimes on start up it runs ddddd dd ddddd dd ddddd on about 3-4 cylinders and if you touch the throttle it dies then try again and it starts right up, seems to hog the fuel too but I hear they all do.!

Yes they really do like fuel - lots of it :( It could need the throttle body and idle control valve cleaned.
Does it run OK once running or does it hesitate/miss as well!

goes sweet as just this little intermittent problem on start up.Got rid of the cat, that helped a lot and freed it up a bit too.
