Are there any exception to getting warrant and rego! I have a old mulcher fitted with tow hitch and safety chains it is narrow enough you can see my tail lights brake light.it weighs in excess of 250kg it is a bugger to put on my ute

I have to reg and wof my chipper i tried to argue the some point but no luck, But i got away with it for just under a year until the same cop kept pointing me out
