I guess you daily commuters up there could try parking on a playground or something near your work and offer them 10 cents for the privilege every couple of years.Bet you know how well that would go down.

There is probably part of the frontage of Osborne's property that is council's anyway and so they would be able to claim it back again with out giving him any $ anyway.

I think he has to sell some to the council - the big spend is for the PITA of having them tear up his driveway with trucks for two years.
That's nice of them, I guess.
