what are these like please, also are they belt or chain cam drive.

The aerio is another case of suzuki copying toyota (pretty common) the airio is basically a toyota corolla spacio but the 2001 model MAY have the 1500cc chain drive engine. -solid reliable motoring basically

Yip, chain drive 1500cc. I have one, had no problems so far, had it just under 12 months. Mine is also all wheel drive, lots of fun on gravel roads. Also has good low down tourqe, traded my forester turbo on it, couldn't aford the bloody turbo running costs!

Partner has a 2004 1800 auto one, it's ok but not the best on gas given its size and power. Parents have a 1500cc auto sx4, far better car though obviously a bit newer

cheers thanks. I have a 1800cc 5 speed cultus 1996 and thats awsum on gas but want to update a bit so thought another Suzuki may be the go, chain drive only tho. Is it easy as to tell at a glance,ie; no plastic cover on the front of the motor,only alloy!

cam belts and stories of cam belts dont do it for me sorry.
