Glow in the dark paint

Have tried different manufacturers products, none of them last very long and i mean NONE. Our UV kills it real fast, even the makers that say they guaranty the stuff lol.

I bought some paint a few years ago that had a lifetime guaranty, except.-
.if used in some place (forgotten the area) in Alaska and Hawkes Bay NZ.

Florescent, or glow in the dark, theres a difference.

The flourescent stuff can last ok if it's used in conjunction with 2 pack clear and kept out of the sun as much as possible.
Reflective paint is something else, I've never used it but I've been told it utilises little glass beads which give a very rough surface.
