Could you please tell me does this model have a timing chain or a cambelt! And at how often should it be changed!

Timing chain. And under normal circumstances shouldn't need replacing. Unless ultra high kms or severly badly maintained.

Chain. As above. Up around 400,000+k's they do start getting a little rattly/noisy.
