If there's a brand on the rack, look them up on line for their dealers in your area. I can't remember what's on the North shore any more but someone here will know.
Google these: The roof rack centre, The roof rack shop and North shore tow bars.

both Ripco and supersheep supply racks/boxes etc so should have been able to help-also the Rhinorack web site should havea list of local dealers. The brand of roof box should be a clue as well.

go down barrys point road about half way fromcountdown end. Theres a place there from memory called "the roofrack shop"
