"The 2008 car's estimated fuel economy for the 6-speed manual is 8 miles per U.S. gallon (29 L/100 km; 9.6 mpg-imp) city and 13 miles per U.S. gallon (18 L/100 km; 16 mpg-imp) freeway, making it the least efficient car in 2008 for city and highway driving, according to the EPA.[8]"

No - it'll be legit.
In photo #20 you can see that he's installed a fuelstar.

Given the source if fuelsaver there are no surprises there. The whole thing is riddled with glaring mistakes.

I actually made a bit of a list and sent it to my MP when it first came out.

They fixed the list for a while and then I went on again the other day to find they had reset to the old incorrect values.

Its pretty rubbish given people are making very expensive buying decisions based on completely incorrect information. Clearly they just have some mindless drone entering the information as anyone with half a clue about cars would be able to quickly pickup most of the mistakes.
