the 4x4 light is flashing 5 times then it pauses and flashes 5 times again, this is constant, new front diff has just been put in just recently and have only just started the bike ,if anyone has any knowledge on this that would be great,thx Paul

4x4 sensor if you are lucky or 4x4 mechanacly not working the later very expensive. could just be a loose connection

There is a way to extract trouble codes, using a wire link. find a manual or take it to a bike shop.
