Ive got a 2004 Ford Transit 2.4 .I want to install a Race Chip in it but not sure how!

I dunno about that, its possible to chuck one around the Nurburgring in under 10 minutes if you know what you are doing, Sabine Schmidt did it on TopGear a few years back.
