What's in there and what do they use it for! I often see it travelling round Nelson area but it always has a cover over the back. I've never seen it stopped or doing anything. Cheers.

They run their own roadside assistance service, I always figured it was a recovery truck. Or do they outsource!

It is a complete unit for issuing COF to heavy vehicles, they go to the small towns about once a month. It is equipt with rollers etc for brake testing, and yes there is more than one.

its mostly used for cofs. they go to truck yards and do them onsite.

Thanks bro, thats what I said, seems where on the same wave length,, they go to our local transport yard and do all the trucks and also do all other vehicles while they are there.
