Clarkson already proved this figures are rubbish years ago. Remember he drove a Prius and and M3 round the track - 10 laps.The M3 had better fuel efficiency when driven at the same speed as the prius.

Same, but I was told the weight distribution and top end performance were also a contributing factor in the assessment.
