No, the XF commercial tank is very different to tanks fitted to AU, be it sedan wagon or ute, I'm assuming its one of the former two you refer to, the Forte name was not applied to AU utes.

Can you split the grommets on one side to remove them? Then glue them back together with super glue once replaced. Or just seal them as they go back in.
As far as OP goes - I guess at this stage, you're gunna have to pull them out and compare them. Then tell us.
