And later in the week we'll be running in two of my favorite all time Targa stages. Wongamomona (bet I spelt that wrong) and the legendary never ending "Gentle Annie"!

Dead right, but thrills like speed/acceleration provide have extra risks. I like the thrill too but have witnessed the results of failure first hand troggie, which makes me a lot more circumspect is all. What other folks do in that respect is their affair as long as no innocent party gets involved?

So it takes 1.6 seconds to get from 0-100 and 1 second to get from 100-200 - whats your point?

So the world record setting Koenigsegg does 0-300 kmh: 11.922 seconds but this NZ car does 0-200 kph in 2.6 .
You dont see a problem with those times ?

Maybe its meant to be 0-100 in 1.6sec, 100-200 in 2.6sec

Yes it is. 1600hp won't do 0-200 in that time frame in a car like that.

Possibly there was some confusion in the reporting, will be good once the car has done a 1/4 mile run etc and gets more results. The article said the owner plans to take it to Bonneville as well, should be good.
