LOL rubbish. Would be fairly easy to cert in NZ. he's basically just fitted the outside shell of the truck upside down back on to another vehicle. Take another look inside the truck & you can see the trucks outer panels fitted alone side the original doors of the donor car.
Very nice tidy workmanship but the concept is very basic.
Would have looked far more authentic if it had a dummy suspension still in place front & back
