3 models station wagon,which one is better

Hi guys,just want to buy a station wagon for business use.after search,now keen on Nissan Avenir,Toyota Caldina and Corolla Fielder .comparely Avenir a little cheaper.any suggestion on Which one to select and reason?appreciated to any constructive advise

What kind of load will you be carrying as in weight? You planning to tow with it as well? What usage. around town usage or more highway usage?

Unfortunately you haven't given enough information so I will have to give a double edged answer
For a starter . For business use making a purely practical decision I would rule out the Caldina. You are paying thousands more dollars than the other two options with no improvement in comfort and it has the lowest load capacity.You are paying for the looks.
Then it comes down to comfort vs carrying capacity and fuel economy.
The fielder is unquestionably the more comfortable of the two options to drive, and something seemingly unimportant for the twice a day driver is that they are easier to get in and out of. so living with it will be easier. They are also more economical to run.
Now we have to talk intended purpose.
If "business" means a few light boxes in the back or similar I'd say yep definitely the fielder.
If however you are a tradesman or a person that carries goods regularly then the Avenir expert has several advantages.
One being fitting roofracks is easier and the lower roof makes getting ladders in and out easy.
next is the positively HUGE load space behind the driver.Also being a smooth plastic surface makes sliding "stuff" around easier.
You also can't ignore the several thousand dollar price advantage.

You may not be aware that Toyota and Nissan both do commercial station wagons.
The Toyota is the Toyota Boxy-which is in essence a commercial set up Feilder (not accurate but it gives you a picture)
Nissan do the Nissan AD expert which is the same size as a fielder inside. The AD expert is very much set up for a sales rep.
Badge technology gives you the Mazda familia wagon
IE the 05-08 familia wasgon IS an ad expert with a mazda badge

Neither, consider a Toyota Bb as they have vvti motor with 4 stage auto and plenty of useable room inside for anything including carrying large matresses or wooden desks.
Good on gas with 1300 or 1500cc motors.
Comfortable seats and plenty of headroom.
