Im sure the dealer will take it back &refund less $ 1000 for depreciation , re selling fee , interest , filing fee etc etc . Tough titi think before you buy .

right of return for store credit--no problem. But no legal obligation

3tomany, Sep 24, 11:55am
don't know any retailers that will give a refund after you have used it

richardmayes, Sep 24, 12:17pm
Because why should they?

If you sold your house, would you offer a right of return if the buyer just changed their mind?

2sheddies, Sep 24, 4:20pm
Exactly. An unopened dinner set is one thing. the retailer loses nothing. It can just be placed back on the display shelf in store. But a car is very different. The way some folk treat cars, the vehicle returned after several days, because of a change of mind, might look very different and be worth considerably less than before! Especially if it's been used to cart kids around!

Suggest she buy the silver one too, so that she can drive the appropriate car to match the colour of her shoes and dress.

kazbanz, Sep 25, 7:55am
Going to extremes to make the point
Will an underwear company let you return some WORN pants?
Will a cellphone company let you return a used cellphone.
Will a real estate agent unwind a deal after you moved into a house?

darryl, Sep 27, 4:09pm
Short answer - no

kazbanz, Sep 27, 5:56pm
THAT could get very very tricky. They would need to establish they were mentally impaired at time of purchase. Even then its unlikely to fly
