GDI Economy Light comes on even Highway Driving

Hey guys, the GDI Economy Light comes on not only when idling but also when driving out on the highway. this is good is it not?
What does one say

if the word eco or economy comes on that means you are driving in as economical manner as the speed allows.

Not sure why it would come on when it's idling, as you are effectively getting 0 mpg. But it should be on at light throttle at ~100kph. Put your foot down to pass or go up a hill, you aren't so economical any more, and it goes out.

It's like the "pretend there is an egg on the accelerator" method of driving, just with a little light to show when your egg is safe.

The GDI eco light comes on, when the ecu makes the injectors run in "lean burn". It's when the engine is running at its super lean mixture. Which is normally at idle. And constant cruising speeds.

Not sure the engine cares if the car is moving or not, it only cares when it is economical and apart from over run a steady throttle with no or little load would make it economical, would it not.
Actually not just not sure, don't know so treat all that as a question.
