if you use google there is no such thing in search results as a suzuki pan. What is it a vespa like scooter or what.

Enter your plate number into carjam, it should tell you the model.

Spraying CRC into the carb won't help it to start. probably just foul the plug.

Maybe its the plug then I aint had bike long and deregistered so no plate ive looked for vin but appears to be in chinese the plate on frame. I'll have another look at plastics maybe its not pan maybe I read it wrong, is there any site that can give me a list of all suzuki mopeds ever made?

Put a little bit of petrol down the plug hole, screw the plug in and give it a kick. If it fires up carbs prob blocked.

It's not a Suzuki van van is it? Google that and see if it's one of them.
If it's been a while since it was going clean carb out should be a drain screw on the bottom of fuel bowl. Check to see if fuel will run out when you open it .If not than carb will need to come off

Not the 83 model and not sure if 3 stroke or 4 im guessing 4?
if it is a 4 stroke then you should have engine oil in the engine sump.
