I have never made to the BM. I tried about 3 years ago but was stuck in Dansy's Pass in the snow at midnight. I have heated grips on all of my road bikes, plus electric gloves, and overmitts The electric gloves are fantastic and I have ridden in snow for days on end with warm hands. I am heading to Alaska in 3 weeks and will have heated grips, merino liners and Macna gloves, ( recently purchased and very warm and comfortable. ) I will take my over gloves on this trip but not the electric gloves .

i did the first 12 B/M but haven't been for ages . was their once when it was 22 below that was interesting,came over dansys pass that year to,that was very interesting . lol.
have just bought some snow board 2 finger mittens to try all wool lined. see what happens

One of my bikes has heated grips but I still put on a pair of good gloves. The first thing ya put down when you're going down are your hands and having seen munted hands when I was young when we all thought it was uncool to wear gloves or jackets n helmets for that matter.
