use to do the HJ in about 1 hour. My mates 4WD 323 Turbo took me about 6 hours (on stands).

4 hours is probably a fair time, although the clutch job itself could be done in a couple hours with the right gear, the associated work would add up to about 4 hours drive in drive out

1947 J14 vauxhall 30 minutes in the pouring rain without getting wet. You did it all from the inside, sitting on the bench seat with with the transmission tunnel cover removed!
