Only the 90's estimas would be rwd, the newer shape is fwd or 4wd.

Only pre 2000 versions were RWD but they could be had with 4wd, the post 2000 is FWD with a 4wd option. Most are 2400cc petrols but the drivetrain layout was totally different between generations, the early one was unique to the Estima and was in a lot of ways a heavily reworked Hiace, the latter was basically a Camry with a people mover body.

With the modern (post 2000) people movers Most of them are front wheel drive, The only suggestion I could make would be to go four wheel drive.

Ford territory with the extra seats can be rwd only. Not strictly people mover I know.
Otherwise it's only old stuff like old Previa and bloody awful vans with seats.
Op, why?

Because the school run would be more fun with some over steer?
You can slap a turbo on the side of the SR20DE Serenas pretty easily, and surprise people at the traffic lights.

People mover as as a drift car. now there's a horrible idea. Actually ANY drift car is a horrible idea.

2003 onwards Merc Vito's are RWD (W639 chassis). The earlier ones are FWD.
