Help, I cant controll the direction of the fans .The direction used to have a green light on but now nothing. Fan speeds work fine . Also heater stopped. I changed the unit and I replaced the blower fan chip thing under the glove box.

this in a mechanical issue by the sounds of it.--ie theres a motor that changes the direction the fan blows
