Lol no it isn't it tells you squat about anything. Unless its going to say exactly what VIN range is affected for a particular recall and if your particular car fits into it, its useless. Thats why the first port of call is ALWAYS the agency for that make, something that it states anyway.

As to recall notices. does Kia New Zealand know that you own this car and what your address is. if somewhere along the line the car was sold privately, then a Kia dealer / NZ agent will not have been involved, so will not know anything about you.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
