I am sure there would be a few panel vans around. Here is one. Do you mean a more traditional van like Toyota Hiace? I know there were a lot of rotary conversion Mazda Bongo and other vans around when the boy racer scene was at it's height. I'm sure a few of them would have gone down the 1/4 mile.
For fun is a little suzuki van rotary conversion burnout youtube from Sydney. If you look at the handling of that one you might get an idea of why vans and drag racing might not be a good mix.
