Two weeks gone, the panel beater told me the insurance company assesser still has not come to see the car. What's going on! Is it normal!

ring your insurance company and ask them. make sure you have the FACTS fromj the SOURCE before posting what might turn out to be pointless messages. Ring your insurance on monday morning and tell them to hurry up.

Doesn't sound right, I never had to wait more than a day or two for an assessor. If I was the repairer I'd be hassling the insurers if that were the case, Your panelbeater might be making up stories . Is it one of the State Insurance shops!
