Colour of that , looks like a deeper blue than a mk2 cortina.
Have a look at "Sea Foam Blue"
with a drop of more blue in it.
yes the paper history is good.and not seen.But in real collecter terms.Its a go fast boy racer from new.with proof. Only collectable in NZ.
That cracked bog looks to be in roof.as you can see window rubber and chrome drip rail.I may be wrong.its just what I see.
You could buy GT/sport dashs from Ford in the old days, and they gave GT badges away. They used to have a box full on the counter at hutchies ford.help ya self.

yes buy it.I paid $4000 for one which was a trade in from my dads mate Ron R (I would have rather had the valiant E36!) from his car sales in 1980. This one looks just to be as good as the one I brought in 1980.

Yes - it certainly looks all right.Wouldn't worry about the motor - probably better all round with a 1600 if it's been done right.The dash is also un-cracked, and it looks all around pretty unmolested. Would be worth a look, I'd even take a look for nostalgia sake, but it's 2,000km round trip, so I'll pass.
