Clean and lubricate the window runners

Ok, can you please type that out again!
This time, add some punctuation, the year of the car and a more detailed description.

Do you have any recommendations on what to use to lubricate the runners!

whiteboy. 1) wash the window with windowcleaner
2)put the window down and lube the track with silicone spray. -operatte the window a couple of times.
try loosening all thetrack mounting bolts about half a turn then wind the window up. Tighten them back up a bit.

cheers will try that

Yep, there should be a slotted hole in the mounts somewhere to adjust the angle of attack for the glass in the channels. A bit of trial and error should find the optimum position.
