Impossible to give a price without a diagnosis 1st I'm afraid. Basic checks you can do yourself include checking the transmission fluid level and condition. Is there any service history for the transmission!

trans is real common weak point on these cars supposedly. Ours started making funny noises so i took it to trans shop. $3000 and all better. Sooner you fix it the better.

it is 2WD and no problem with fluid level, I suspect higher gear has problem because no problem with driving under 80km/h.

it sounds like it could have dead diff bearings quite common on the 2wd honda odyessy as thay use a to small of a bearing on one side.or the roller bearing has the hardning gone on the hub for forth gear or 3rd i kant quite remember what one!
