all i know is it is 1998, giha, auto, v6. green light on dash comes on intermmitently , has been to" ford garage " and they can't find problem ! but they say green light is better than red light and not to worry about it , LOL anyway do these vehicles have any other major problems ! ta

crappy weak cooling system, head gaskets prone to leaks, used to make good money fixing leaking 4cyl and v6 mondeos. electrics play up to i have seen them randomly lose the whole instrument cluster ect. I have owned two and worked on many, all in all i hate them with a passion, even if they are easy to fix.

I get a green ligh comeing on itermitently heaps of times. Mainly when I am approaching intersections.

for 400 bucks id just thrash it until it falls to bits, if it still passes wof with that light i seriously wouldn't care less for that price.
