does 1994 familia have a fuel light

jsbike, Jan 27, 6:42am
mine did.

I'm sure that it was a factory option.

If it does, it should light up when you turn the key on and go out when the car is started up, unless there is low fuel. Nissans work that way anyway

Dont all the lights come on as confirmation that the bulb is functional. That would be the time to check the dash for the fuel light.

I can honestly say I have never seen the fuel low light come on when all the other dash lights do before starting a car.

No, Nissan's don't work that way, I just checked.

My apologies, just checked my 93 Maxima and it doesnt, but my 85 Laurel does, just assumed that the Maxima did also.

thats because the fuel guage in the laurel has to warm up, newer cars have other methods to read low fuel so that its not completely dependent on the guage
