Hey there I have a Zip50cc scooter and when it rains I lose all speed and when I give it gas lol it goes no where but does this thumping sound.any ideas why this happens as it never used too! Thanks

Possibly water getting into the centrifugal clutch.

see if airfilter is getting wet and change the plug cap
