have been asked how much it would cost to ship a windscreen from hamilton to hawera. as windscreen is still on car im looking for someone who has shipped one before and how much it has cost and the best company to use. and what is the best way to packageit!

Transport coquoted me $100 +& wouldnt take any responsibility if it brokeunless it was in a protective crate . In the end wasnt worth itgot a new screen for similar cost ofused screen &freight& extra charge for fitting a used screen .

Windscreens for my car are collection only - from the UK.They won't ship them at any price.

Go to a windscreen replacement bussiness and ask them for a carton. I'm sure they'llgladly give you one. They usually have plenty and are glad to get rid of them. I've used a few in the past to send rear louvers in.
