I have had this for a couple of years and have tried to get advice from the installing firm about the low volume level.And am ignored.I have tried contacting the firm in Europe. If anyone has this same kit, do you know how to adjust the speaker volume!I don't have a manual. And yes, my phone in the cradle is on full volume. It's a traffic hazard, the way it is now. Thanks

Those kits were very unreliable. I used to hate installing them. It is likely faulty and getting it repaired would be difficult and a waste of time. There are several other options available, what sort of phone are you using, what car do you have, are you using the kit for business (constant) or personal (occasional) use!

I am using an Iphone, in a Beamer and use the phone for personal/occasional use.Used the same system for my Sony Ericsson - which wasn't blue tooth.The Iphone cradle requires Bluetooth.
Had to have the power connection changed last year as it was drawing battery-flattening power, even when the car was not in use.So I know what you mean about the reliability aspect.
