25DET and 25DET NEO are different. not by much though I believe as I have heard of people using the GReddy copy plenum on a NEO head. not sure if anything gets modified to make it fit.
R32 RB25DE has no VVL, anything after that does.
What specifically do you need to know!

just that ,have got a head on my drag car with a greddy copy, purchased new plenumand bolt holes in places are miles out ,looked at old one it appears to be modified

Ahh! Is the port size/shape different too! I could be thinking of something else there.
What made you want to change plenums!
If you want something a bit different, there is a guy on SDU/trademe who will use your runners to make a front facing plenum, similar to the RIPS style.

was going 1000cc injectors and 90mm throttle body on e85keeping old one as back up if tuning is a pain
