not sure what they called but they on top of all the door windows and want to take them off not sure how and dont want to break them

Pull the rubber down, you will find screws holding the brackets in place. The monsoon is also stuck down with foam based double sided tape. You best bet is get some fishing line and 'saw' the tape up the length of the monsoon. You will need something to clean up the sticky crap left on the paint, I'm not sure if this is the correct name but I know it as a 'vanilla wheel'. It fits in a drill and its very soft so doesn't damage paint yet strips the sticky foamy crap off. Give it a polish after thats done and with any luck, you won't even be able to tell you had a monsoon there!

Here's a discussion on how you do it on a Honda. I imagine with your Toyota it's a similar idea.
"Goo gone" or any number of spray-can sticky residue removers are available for the cleanup afterwards.

use a cyclist to wipe them off.
