I have a mazda premacy and the front silver bumper has had a 'bump' and the silver is peeling off. does anyone know if this can be repainted or will i need to get a new bumper. the car is about 10 years old and otherwise mint so i want to keep it up to scratch (or is that NOT scratched.)

It can be painted, any car painter will help.

It can be repainted easily.
The only difference is it is plastic, and not sheet-metal.
But paint is paint, and can be easily adjusted to suit.

Heres what i would do. Heat the bump up with a hot air gun till its to hot to touch then get a blunt item like the head of a scewdriver and push gently on the bump till it flattens out. Then let it coolwhile holding or poor some cold water over it. then you sand it with 100 grit then fill with correct filler sand again and prime. Theres a few other steps but yea it can be fixed.
