Ahhh.the Lancia 8.32. That was the Mondiale donk if I remember rightly. Only made LHD. If there was ever such a thing as a road-legal Group B family car, that was it! :-)
Didn't they remain FWD though!

The 8.32 was an awesome piece of kit. So were the Maserati Bi-Turbo (When they were running)
The Tatra 603 gets my vote, I wish I had one.

I drove all around outback Australia in a Lada Niva and it performed without fault, had the joy of towing a Lexus 4x4 out of mud,at a National 4x4 meeting I copped heaps for driving a Niva, until we did the hill climb, only my Niva and a 1958 Landrover were able to get to the top,all the modern Jap 4x4's failed to complete the climb!

Yeah these cars went better then people expected, I had a Mk1 Swift Gti then a Mk2, however the original Mk1 was only 750kg and seemed faster to me

Datsun 1200ssssay no more, Assembled and modified in NZ only. If you modded this little baby she turned into a real giant killer. The a12 engine was very very hard to kill Memories
