Would anyone have the instructions on fitting new timing belt to my Peugeot cannot afford going to garage so want to fit it myself,appreciate any help.

Check out the international Peugeot forum's. Most of those type of forum's will have "how to" guides for that kind of thing with easy to follow photos and instructions. Best of luck and top marks for giving it a go yourself. Just remember its wise to do tensioners as well and a waterpump if the pump is cambelt driven.

done a 106 gti carmedic! I did a clutch on one last week & had a look at the belt area while I was mucking around - lord that does not look easy! (twincam)

Very tight and a lot of crap in the way but not that difficult, still a TU engine (but certainly not what I meant above).Both cam pulleys pin up and so does the crank via the same hole in the front of the engine into the back of the flywheel that virtually all the Pugs have.
Buy a Gates (or genuine) belt with marks there??
