i just notice after a 20 min drive, just wen i got home the temp was slightly over half way, which is abit odd coz the last time it did that i had to have the waterpumped changed. just got it serviced 2 weeks ago, n spent quite abit. if my memory serves me well i changed the waterpump early last year or late the year before that. But wasn't more then a year n a half ago. just wondering if it's the waterpump again. any ideas!

What year is it!

If its an E36 (91-99/00) then its common for the radiator to pop after a few years - there is an impellor unit made from plastic that decays and the disintegrates, blocking the coolant.

Later model cars had a metal unit and they're a common aftermarket part. If the car is getting hot quickly it's probably worth looking at AFTER an air bleed, which will be a much more economic excersize.
