One way air valve

where can I get or what could I use as a one way valve for air! it needs to let enough air through to an idle control valve to control idle speed on my motor. When it hits boost (supercharger) and the manifold pressure comes up, it needs to close so the boost pressure is not expelled out the idle control valve.

Would an adjustableblow-off valve be too coarse in its pressure range!

yeah it needs to have near no resistance when the engine is sucking in air.

Like a large PCV valve or the one that goes to the brake booster!

I'd do it electronically with an idle control valve from an injected motor. Should be easy to build it a simple circuit controlled by a pressure switch.

Have a look thru some later model washing machine plumbing, very handy for oil to air separators & electronic solenoids way over engineered for simple automotive use - there is one in a gentle annie like you speak of from memory, in line switching low voltage etc.
