where abouts do i find the air intake temp sensor on a rb25de ! any help will be appreciated

If it has a hot wire air flow meter it may not have one.

it has the standard airflow meter is this what you mean

Yeap but a hot wire type (rather than a flap door) will account for air temperature because the cooler air cools the wire more and tells the computer that more air is going in which is correct in terms of density but not volume

Only the rb26dett has an air intake temp sensor. There IS a temp sensor in front of the radiator but this is for the heater/climate control and is not hooked up to the engine ecu an any way.
