Erm, I think the OP was talking about real Katanas, from 1981-1983. The ones in the 80's and 90's are the GSX-F and are actually better known as Teapots. On second thoughts, the Suzuki factory did re-release a number of the original Katana styled 1100's at various times from about 1995 - 2000. They were also scaled down to 250 and 400 with the original 1981 styling.That shows how popular they were, especially in Japan.
