Just remember, there are 3 variables in play here, none of which can all be satisfied at once (unless you have enough mates to make up an extreme makeover crew.)

If it's fast and good then it isn't going to be good;
If its good and cheap then it isn't going to be fast;
If it's cheap and fast then it isn't going to be good!

thats about as good as you will get for under 300 mate,they only inspect your spark plugs these days and often only inspect your air filter aswell.and you would be dreaming to include a fuel filter in a service for under 300,if it needs anything adjusted it then turns into a repair. these days a service is an oil change and maybe lube your door hinges if your lucky. then they present you with a list of stuff that needs doing.

I use Richard from AMT. Great service and good prices and because hes a mobile mechanic it means I don't have the hassle of getting my car to the workshop.
