Dunno what the worst food is I rarely eat while driving, makes too much of a mess and I like clean, tidy and good smelling cars that do not smell like crap. But I'd say pies would be one for sure that would make a mess, plus its dangerous. Especially if you spill hot stuff on legs / thighs.

Gotta go with the really hot pie for the hardest to eat driving, especially the ones with a tough crust. You really have to chomp down hard, and in the process all the hot meat drips out the side while you frantically try to lick it up with your tongue--- another bad move. All this is further complicated if you have false teeth and don't realise how hot it all is until you swallow
