is there any way of getting scratches out of windscreen from wiper arms

Polishing, perhaps by the people that polish graffiti scratched into shop windows

Cerium oxide and a high speed soft polisher. Shop graffiti guys will do it though

I went to them as my windscreen is slightly hazy where the wipers rub, nothing even close to being able to feel with your fingers. they said they couldnt help.
